The integrated digital mass flow controllers ensure reliable accuracy, stable processes, and excellent reproducibility. Whether for buffer tank filling or direct supply, you have full control. Typical flow rates range from 50 ln/min to 300 m³n/h, with a standard pressure range of 0 – 10 bar. Other pressure ranges can be provided on request.

The intuitive touch panel enables easy operations; external start-stop signals can also be integrated. In addition, a convenient remote access feature allows for control, monitoring, and data analysis from anywhere.

For maximum process safety, the GA-MI optionally offers continuous gas analysis, ensuring permanent quality and process control. The integrated data logger automatically records all parameters, while the optional cloud connection ensures maximum transparency. A user-friendly dashboard allows process monitoring, and the integrated reporting tool generates detailed evaluations and reports for your quality documentation.
