GASYCO gas analysers are equipped with high-precicion sensors that provide reliable and accurate measurement results even under the most demanding conditions. They analyse in particular, gas mixture compositions as well as residual moisture and residual oxygen. Thanks to the integrated calibration function and automatically generated certificates, the accuracy of each sensor ist traceable at all times and referenced to a defined calibration gas.

The stationary systems are installed in compact controll cabinet solutions, making them ideal as on-site measuring devices for long-term and continuous quality assurance. The mobile version also includes a pump, allowing samples to be taken from systems without pressure. Additionally, the built-in flow regulator enables in-line measurements directly within the process.

For maximum safety, receivers for SMS and email alerts can be easily configured. The Gas Analyser immediately reports when the measured gas concentration is outside the defined tolerance range. Moreover, a remote connection can be established via any standard web browser – providing full functionality even from a distance.

The integrated data logger continuously records all measured values. These can be transferred via USB or LAN to a Computer, or viewed directly through the cloud solution. The user-friendly dashboard offers a clear visualization of data, extensive export and post-processing options, as well as access to all certificates and measurement reports over any time period.
